What I Do
Five things, done properly. Strategy first, then the edit, because a video that looks expensive still dies on a weak premise.
-
Fully AI-generated video built end to end: prompt design, shot planning, generation, voice, sound and the final edit. Cinematic b-roll, faceless explainers, product films and story pieces that hold attention past the first ten seconds.
-
AI avatars delivering scripted, native-feeling testimonials for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Multiple hooks and faces per concept, so you can test angles without re-shooting, re-booking or re-briefing anyone.
-
Brand and direct-response spots produced with AI generation instead of a crew. Product-led visuals, motion graphics, captions and versioned cut-downs sized for every placement you actually run.
-
Long-form and Shorts scripts written to a retention curve: a hook that earns the next line, open loops that survive the mid-roll, and an ending that sets up the next video. Delivered with b-roll notes and title options.
-
Positioning, content pillars, title and thumbnail packaging, upload cadence and a review loop on what the analytics actually say. For new channels finding a lane and existing ones stuck on a plateau.
Selected Work
A quick
introduction
I'm a YouTube strategist and video editor working out of Karachi. Half of what I do is craft. The other half is working out what's worth making in the first place.
Most of my work now runs through AI production: generated footage, AI avatars for UGC-style ads, and full spots built without a camera or a crew. The tools moved fast and I moved with them, but the fundamentals didn't change. A hook still has to earn the second line. A thumbnail still has to be worth the click. An ad still has to sell something.
I write the scripts too, which is why the edits land. When one person owns the premise, the structure and the cut, nothing gets lost in the handoff.

How a project runs
-
Brief
A short call or a written brief. What the video is for, who it's aimed at, and what counts as a win.
-
Script and direction
You get the script and the visual direction before a single frame is generated. Nothing goes into production unapproved.
-
Production
Generation, voice, sound design and the edit. You see a first cut with time left to change it.
-
Delivery
Final files in every ratio you need, plus title and thumbnail options where it's a YouTube upload.
What clients say
Things clients
ask me
What do you need from me to start?
A sentence on what the video is for and who it's for. If you have brand assets, a product link or past videos that worked, send those too, but I can start from a single paragraph.
How long does a video take?
A short-form AI ad or UGC spot is usually a few days. A long-form YouTube video (script, production and edit) runs longer depending on length and revision rounds. You get a date before we start, not after.
Do you write the script, or only edit?
Both, and I'd rather do both. Scriptwriting is a service on its own if you already have an editor, and editing is available if you already have a script.
Can you match my channel's existing style?
Yes. Send three videos you want it to feel like and I'll match pacing, tone and packaging rather than imposing my own.
How many revisions are included?
Two full revision rounds on every project. Because the script and direction are signed off before production, revisions are usually trims rather than rebuilds.
How do you price work?
Per project, quoted after the brief. Retainers are available for channels uploading on a fixed schedule.
